The staff and the room are wonderful, but unfortunately the noise from other rooms comes through very loudly via the ventilation system. It seems like the ducts may be connected. I was planning to stay a few more days, but I think I’ll need to move to another place.

Excellent stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was well organized and made for a smooth, stress-free experience. Great location as well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, this comment is not about the physical property. Last time I was very happy. I had reserved a room for this stay more than a month prior. The hotel sent me a communication that they were looking forward to our stay. Two days before our check in the hotel called to say they overbooked and could not accommodate us. I explained I was coming for a family member's funeral and that I needed a room. She said that wasn’t possible. She also let it slip that there was a nurses strike so the hotel was full. Oops like I said I had booked prior. The Hyatt Place Leona, NJ got a better offer so we were booted out. WOW! Hope that never happens them at such a devastating time.
