The hotel was nice. Clean. The only issues is that the tv is out of date. I was unable to watch any apps like Netflix. The cable had only a few channels. I was looking forward to relaxing and watching a few movies. The bathroom made a lot of noise. Besides that everything was good. The breakfast was nice. Some of the staff was nicer than others. This was 7out of 10 for me.

The bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub was clogged and the water was backing up, and the sink was clogged as well. The overall condition of the bathroom was very old and dirty. I won’t even mention the heating system: it was far too hot, and when we tried to lower it even slightly, the air became cold, which was unacceptable for the children. I am extremely disappointed, and this will be the last time we stay at this establishment.

This room was terrible. The bathroom was rusty, appeared to have mold, and there was no fan to ventilate the bathroom when the shower was on. The staff overnight at the front desk was so rude, the tall Caribbean man. There was another guest who complained about him as well, so I knew I wasn’t overreacting. This property is terrible and they should be ashamed. From how he treated me when I had questions about the heating in the room, I was scared to complain.

**BEDBUGS found after bites started showing up on my wifes lower back. We had to check out at 1am and front desk recieptionist told us we could speak to the manager the next day for a refund but they wouldnt pick up any of our calls so we had to go directly through expedia who then told us we cant get in contect with the manager until MONDAY… we even have proof of the bed bug eggs with date time and location…other than that location is severely out of date and run down. We were not offered any other solutions and just had to leave with no remedy to the situation.
