Beware!!! The pictures are very disieving! When we arrived at the hotel the clerk went to check on our room to see if it was ready with a rag a can of air freshener, she came back & took me up to see it before we completely checked in - it was DISGUSTING!! The couch was filthy with stains all over. The air freshener smell about chocked me! There was NO way I was staying there! She took me to another room & said it was much nicer & had granite countertops, went in that room & still - I could not stay there . She said they were sold out & would try one of their other properties- after being on the phone back & forth with the manager - nothing! I asked if I could just please cancel , there was no way I would sleep in those rooms. I called Expedia and after being on the phone for 30 min they said they would refund me but had to contact the hotel to make sure they don’t charge me - the hotel refused to cancel & then took me to another room ( remember they were sold out) it was very very tiny - no kitchenette but it had newer flooring & was a bit updated . I said fine , went back to check in where they were having issues on the computer because of moving me. The manager came down - her & the clerk checking me in her pretty nasty to each other - After an hour and 45 min we got to our room . We had large suitcases they were heavy that we had to lug up all the stairs. The bed was hard as a rock !! Terrible experience! I see why they take the guests to the room before checking them i

Hot tub was fantastic! The heated pool was great. The room could have been cleaned at least once during our week stay. Unfortunately with beach sand and swimming pool water the floor was filthy. Did not have face cloths or hand towels available for everyone. Luckily bath towels were. Pool towels were not available each day. No kitchen towels or paper towels available. I was told to use a face cloth which were already insufficient. The staff was always polite, friendly and as helpful as they could be considering the towels shortages.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and went above & beyond. The room was very clean and had all the basic amenities. The location was great with beach access a few minutes' walk away. We wish we were in the area longer.

This is an older property in a classic sense. But it fit my needs perfectly. I was walking distance to a conference hotel that was double the price. A nice easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Clean room, clean sheets, hot shower was all I needed and they hit it out the park. If you need conceirge and other hotel like ammenities this is not for you. If your self sufficient this is a great spot.

The space was OK for what you’re paying. But the customer service needs some improvement. Also, there seems to be a lack of coordination and basic understanding of hospitality 101 but the pool was nice and the hot top Pool was lovely because it was empty the entire time. We’ll definitely we’re return again. Hopefully it’ll be a better customer service experience the next visit And too many spam messages to my personal phone inviting me to do reviews, so here’s your review.

The only room to unpack was a small shelf in the closet. The closet had a curtain instead of a door. The mattress was incredibly hard. The toilet was lower than usual and the basin on the sink never really fully drain. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.
