The location was perfect and quiet with a beautiful pool and yard to play in. Parking was easy and it felt like a very safe area. The room itself was clean and comfortable with a small kitchenette to reheat leftovers, a table big enough for the 4 of us, and large windows overlooking the pool and water beyond. We weren’t able to find the laundry area until we were about to leave, but it didn’t make/break the stay. The small touches, like having shampoo and body wash provided made it very easy to stay and the beds were clean and comfy. Just a note for future guest, if you are a Starbucks lover, do not go to the closest one, as it is inside the hotel, and double the price! Restaurants and another Starbucks/Dunkin are just a short drive away.

Greay stay

This was my first ever VRBO stay. The property was a great alternative to a hotel room for a event nearby. I could not view the check in instructions from the property manager due a problem with an app I could not get, but a quick call to VRBO and the manager got me in. The property was as advertised. Would stay again.

Great property with a great location

Great property with a great location. I imagine that other rooms in this complex would be a better fit for most. This room was right above the entryway of the complex, so you could hear the front gate clang with every entrance and departure. Also, the walls were paper thin, so you could hear the neighbors going about their "morning routine" each morning at the same time as an inconvenient wakeup call. The garbage disposal did have a poor odor, which other reviews have noted. Also many flying bugs were coming from the kitchen sink drain. The beds didn't give enough support for me. I imagine staying for a longer time the bed and noise would become an issue. The complex has a wonderful pool and has a great view of the bay. The location in proximity to the beach and fun was amazingly perfect.

Convenient Condo Near the Swimming Hall of Fame

The place was nice and in a quiet neighborhood. I liked the security in gaining access to the courtyard as I felt the surrounding neighborhood was deserted and a little uncomfortable walking alone. As for the studio, I suggest getting two (2) big ice trays as ice was not readily available or enough using the small cube/small ice tray provided. The sink disposal had a foul smell and I had nothing to freshen it up and running the disposal didn't rid the smell. I could not find any dish drying towels nor measuring spoons or a measuring cup - these items would be very useful. Lastly, darker curtains in the front of the studio would be wonderful as the light easily gets in.
