The facility is not well maintained. The floors felt dirty. Lawn chairs around the pool are broken. Gate access once you exit the facility did not work to get back in which forced you to have to walk around the building. And I’m pretty sure the young man at the front desk was high on something not to mention they wanted an extra $30 to check in two hours early. We asked for a first floor room ended up on the second floor. Nothing positive to say about the facility.

probably a 3.5 in reality. great value, small pillows, no wash cloths , hand towels or bath mat. Pool area is nice but the loungers could use some repair/replacements. over all for the money we would stay again.

Very clean. Nice around the trees and pool. Bed was pretty good but coverlet was too rough. Needed at least one more pillow. Window unit A/C worked but very loud all night. No soap. Walking distance to Publix and Walgreens. Older motel rooms with some updates.

Room wreaked of mildew. In the sheets also. We could hardly breath and it got me coughing anll night. Only two towels, no hand towels. Key wouldn’t even work so front desk had to come open our door each time. Loud people, sirens, cars. Would never stay here again especially for the high price. And they charged an extra $22 resort fee when you get there.

Highly overpriced for run down room with not even basic ammenities. No soap, ice bucket, cups or anything else besides a broken hair dryer, shampoo, 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 2 people. Not even a hand towel. And they charge an extra $23 "hotel fee" at check in for what?

Completely Gated parking on street or alley behind, looked bit sketchy outside and person amswering phone was rude so I asked to see room, good thing !! Looled like was someone elses room, trash full, gross stain on chair trash in can, towel in sink... no refunds ? Ummmm... i had to leave and find a hotel after midnight- got to bed at 3am, at least in a clean room. Have video.
