We love this place alot, we enjoy the pool area, the casino, the restaurants, etc. We go there at least twice a year, however the past two times we have stayed at the guitar tower the guests next door have been extremely loud since 3am, they had loud music playing, laughing, drinking disturbing our piece and quiet. Mind you, this hotel is not a cheap place to stay at, I don’t find it fair to pay over $400 per night and not be able to rest, the front desk didn’t help much other than only waive $45 resort fee and we are regular customers. For that reason I don’t give this hotel a 5 star review.
