There needs to be better information regarding the free pu k up service. When we called at 9:45pm they said the service stops at 9:30 pm. We booked this location because of this perk. It cost us $49 USD. Not impressed

The facility was more or a "motel" then a hotel. At check in, lady at front desk was super friendly and helpful. However, other people who work there: not so much. The room was ... Ok. It was clean (ish) and large. However, this place definitely had a motel vibe with a lot of foot traffic right by our door. When I decided to sleeping , the housekeeper was peeking into the room through the crack in the curtains to see what was happening in the room.

It wasn’t quite what we were expecting, but honestly, it turned out to be a good experience. This is more of a boutique hotel with outdoor entries to rooms that’s upscale compared to what you would experience in a motel-type vibe. Room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable - our only downfall was that there was a weird smell and that the seal around the door was broken. Hotel has a great location in downtown Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood, short walking distance to Publix, restaurants and more. Close uber ride to Hollywood Beach, and complimentary rides to & from the airport.

The hotel lobby is an attractive and inviting space. The front desk and breakfast employees are very kinds and friendly. The rooms have been nicely updated. However, it's an older building with obvious signs of her age. There are stains in the ceilings and walls from the aging concrete. Water puddled outside of my 3rd floor room door. The TV was adequate, but the smallest I've seen in a hotel in modern times. The location of the hotel is a perfect if you want to be in the middle of the Hollywood scene. There are many local restaurants, parks and bars all within a short walk. The free shuttle from the airport is available - just be prepared to wait 40-60 minutes for pickup.

It was a strange thing in that they took an old Ramada and built around it. That being said, it was clean, though under renovation. The hotel is in a safe area, close to the main street in Hollywood, Florida, and many restaurants. The shuttle to the airport was on time and easy, though I had difficulty getting the shuttle from the airport to the hospital. The breakfast was mediocre, and they ran out towards the end of the meal period.

The service was horrible, the room door could not be secured, they expected me to use a CHAIN LOCK for Security. Kept repeatedly trying to ask for help. Never picking up the phone at the front desk. Finally someone came, amd still yhey couldn't fix the door. After going up and down to the front desk because they wouldn't answer the phone! I refused to stay. Requested a REFUND!!@
