The place was not in a nice area. I booked the place( I though it was a hotel yet it was just an apartment building in the middle of a neighborhood) for my elderly aunt and uncle. When they pulled up in a taxi at night the neighborhood didn't look safe and they were expecting a hotel so they continued on and got a different place to stay.

I couldn’t find the door to this “hotel” which was poorly lit and I did not receive proper instructions. It gave me a very bad feeling being here. The parking was extremely unclear. This is a shared unit. I did not feel safe and did not end up staying here at all. I had to go elsewhere for my well being and safety. It took two hours to figure out where I was even supposed to go. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Before you arrive, text the number listed for the property to get check in instructions. Don’t message them through the app, don’t call them, don’t WhatsApp them. Just text. They will send you your room number and door codes. The first couple times these might be incorrect. Fortunately they were very responsive when I messaged so I was able to get it sorted. Other than the check-in difficulties, it’s a serviceable basic room where you can crash for a night before heading to your cruise or whatever.

This is a scam., stay away from itJust a noisi spring bed bed in a tiny room with shared bathroom in an old house full of rooms. No space for furniture, barely enough space to put a small suitcase on the floor. Arrival at night, dark street in a scary. neighbourhood, no sign, no light, no reception.. My wife was scared to get out of the car. .This sort of terrible setup should be worth at most $2O per night, ! We could not believe how Orbitz can list such a dump !

Room was tiny. Basically just a bed. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Air was at 69*, which make the tiny room freezing cold. Area was a dump. Would not attempt to shower in the tiny shower. Please do not show pictures online which totally mislead the customer as to what they are receiving in accommodations. The kitchen was nice and inviting however. Just wish the rest of property was as nice.

The room was kept clean while I was out . The bathroom are shared But everyone Does follow House rules . Very quiet neighborhood. 10 mins away from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Great kitchen amenities . House keeping one message away immediately delivering extra Towels. My only complaint is some food smells coming from kitchen after each microwave use. But overall amazing.

I went to the bathroom someone had urinated all over the toilet. The water pressure was terrible in the bathroom. The pillows smelled terrible. One of the plugsdidnt work. I was not aware this was a house and the bathroom was communal. Instead of being called a hotel it should be called a hostel. There was someone trying to get lnto my room from the outside. I smelled weed and it was really loud.
