When I first tried to check in, I was told they had no rooms available. I showed them my reservation confirmation and suddenly they had a room. Went to the room and it was still occupied. Unmade beds, food and empty drink bottles on the table, dirty towels in the bathroom. I immediately went back down to the office and asked for a refund and went to another hotel. I will never go to another Motel 6! And I’m still waiting on the refund! Staff was extremely unfriendly as well!

The stay was brief room infested with fruit flies and roaches bathroom not clean didn't honor reservation when asked to switch rooms to honor reservation poor customer service got keys to another thinking room woukd be better even more flies and roach les but worst mold smelled so bad

Sink was clogged & filled up when washing, toilet seat broken, bedside tables removed ..phone on the ground ... door did not lock properly > safety issue sketchy year round occupants are evident .. only 2 towels .. they told our family of 4 > sorry when we asked. Worst hotel/motel experience in my 56 years. I thought Motel 6 were kept up. Should not have the Motel 6 Name on it. We almost packed up after being there for 1 hour.

Rules given to us say no smoking weed. But when I arrived there was someone sitting on the stairs right next to the check in desk smoking weed. Also the attendant was missing but I had seen her walking around when I was trying to park. We had to wait over 10 minutes for her to show up and then she took someone ahead of us and took a very long time checking them in. Telling us to wait until that person went, checked his tag, and came back.
