Staff were courteous and the room was in good condition. my room was 1004 and the guest next door must have had their bed bed positioned against the wall adjacent to ours. They argued and fought on Valentines from 10pm to 1:30am! They were up at 6am LOUD! There is no phone in the room to call front desk. My husband had to go down to the desk to seek help. They continued again after they were warned. We couldn't be bothered to go down again. PUT A PHONE IN THE ROOM!

The room was decent for the price. I love the apartment feel but we did not have a kitchenette or balcony. I rated it a 3 simply because of the valet service. It's inconvenience in my opinion and the valet personnel is not attentive or nice unless you're tipping them tons of money.

Staff was very friendly,,room not so much smelled clean and fresh the first 2 hours after that started smelling like a dog had lived in the room and used the bathroom several times I the room.i called from t desk they were sold out for that night so couldn't get moved to a better room...got call from management and they said they would call back but didn't hear anything else from them...ruined trip from terrible experience staying there...

I really like this hotel. I’ve stayed her several times over the past year and I feel every time gets better and better. I had a cosmetic procedure and booked the Circ for 2 weeks. I chose this hotel specifically because they offered 1 bed rm studios that are equipped with a washer and dryer and small kitchen w full size refrigerator, not to mention the amazing wrap around balcony. I didn’t rent a car this time because the location is perfect, there’s a supermarket on the opposite side of the building and plenty of entertainment in walking distance, the beach is also a 5 min uber away, and the restaurant in the lobby is really good or you can slip upstairs to the rooftop bar. I must say the highlight of my trip was THE STAFF. They were so kind and accommodating to my many many requests and the endless Amazon packages I ordered. I had nurses and masseuses come by with no issues. The manager even ordered a space heater for me because it got really cold. I decided to extend my trip at the last min, when the hotel was completely booked and they still found ways to assist me. The vibe there is super laid back, more like an Airbnb. I 1000 percent recommend this hotel to anyone going to the south Florida area.

The staff is phenomenal! Wonderful service-Laurencia, RJ, and Sara (apologies on any misspelled names) were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I’ve recommended this hotel to friends and family because of the location and the hospitality.
