Don’t confirm!!! The pictures posted online need to come down! Upon arrival the guy at the desk was rude, couldn’t get a word in edge wise. The room was in shambles. No hot water, no bath towels, no iron, the lamp was missing the lamp shade, and let’s not mention the bed! It was hard as a rock, and you could hear other people’s conversation due to the thin walls. Take your money else where. Oh and they take a copy of your drivers license and will keep it, which is against the law.

The place looks kind of strange and unsafe. The employees don’t even wear uniforms. The entire hotel is completely DIRTY and in horrible condition. There was a cigarette smell throughout the entire room. I had to buy sheets and towels for my children because the ones they provided did not seem safe to me. I also had to buy my own disinfectant and air fresheners to help with the bad smell in the room. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Not the pictures show. Light wasnt working, mold in the shower, toilet paper holder off the wall, sink dirty from previous guest in bathroom, kitchen sink wasnt properly installed. Was locked out of my room for hours with no resolution and ruined my whole night.

Everything that you imagine being a worse case senario about stay at a place was exactly what my employee encountered after his long drive to this destination. I can’t truly say this property had it all. Bodily fluid stains on the sheets and conforter, broken window, non-working fixtures, unswept/mopped floors and to many issues more to list. The front desk was completely unwilling to fix any issues and suggested my employee just find somewhere else to stay as this is their standard. Worst property I have ever rented in 3 years with 12 employees traveling full time.

This was the most disgusting property my employees were ever sent too. I have to immediately book them somewhere else to stay as I could not risk their health and safety by having them stay in a room that had not had linens changed, floors swept, fixtures wiped, broken sink, and a broken window. The front desk was useless and basically told them to find somewhere else to stay because it’s always like this. They were supposed to check out both rooms so we could attempt to get a refund and even that didn’t happen. My employees would’ve been better off in a crackhouse.

The gentleman at the front desk was really nice The suite was clean and large but was not worth $600 for 3 nights. There was a full kitchen but not one pot, spoon or even a waste can anywhere. For that kind of money we were hoping to at least get a complimentary coffee in the room. But nope. It was in a nice central location for what we needed.

Staff was good. When you walk in to the room it smells like pee so I had to open up the windows and spray something to try and get rid of the smell. There was also food in the fridge and some hygiene products in the bathroom. So although it seemed like it was cleaned and there wasn’t dirt or bugs. I’m not sure they cleaned the room before hand.
