No wash clothes, no bath mat, only towels. Very slippery. Shower head not sealed and spraying around out of shower. No night stand for phone etc. These things should have been included in the fees I was charged.

Nothing work the stoves don’t work no tables or chairs like it says in the description. The walls are paper thin you can hear a pin drop in the next room over. U have to go outside just to have a private conversation put it like this. It sounds like if the units next to urs don’t have a wall u hear everything from next door like if they are in your room. When it rains the roof leaks everywhere and bad. The price is not worth what ur getting every one complaining about noise at 4 in the afternoon just because your talking or ur baby cry’s so basically their is no privacy hear even if u talk low the hole conversation can be heard perfectly by both of your neighbors on each side of whatever unit you’re in so you literally have to go outside towards the street just to talk on the phone or have a private conversation

This could of been better.

This wasn't what we expected. The room looked clean besides tge dry blood on the door. No table in the room. We couldn't enjoy sitting down eating and The room is smaller than the actual pictures and what I booked was not what was given to us. But the service was 5 star from the front desk to housekeeping especially when we needed things to get done they both did an awesome job.

It's much older motel and when you go into the room you can see the past and the way it was intended when it was originally built and they're working on it. It has new bathroom facilities and new floors. New new bed frames. I talked to the owner and he said they're doing a little bit everyday all the time to fix it up and I can see its potential. It's worn. Everything needs new paint. Not everything is plum but it's not a bad place. We were fine with our stay. Everything was very, very clean and that is the most important thing to me.

The receptionist says she did not receive my reservation. I had to call Expedia who calls the hotel. Then it takes another hour to check me in. The good thing is it has a big refrigerator and easy parking. The bad thing is the shower is very small and water runs all over the bathroom when we take shower. They did not give us the TV remote control so we could not adjust the volume. When we come to the office, no one was there and nobody answered when we called,.

Excellent Service!!!

The hotel manager and front desk reservations coordinator, Lee, did an excellent job for me and my girlfriend for our stay. Lee answered all of my questions on a daily basis and was consistant with overall great customer service and communication. Lee was extremely helpful and dependable.

After check in First the room was extra hot couldn’t get it to cool then you can’t shower cause it was over flowing . We went to switch room an it was better air but the bathroom shower was barley give any water so we had to leave the night, it was too much and people keeping loud noise around . I would not recommend it to anyone with the experience I had have we had book it for 2 days we left in one

Horrible customer service. The front desk guy called the cops on me because Eli complained to him to that the mattress was on the floor, the roof has a whole in it, the room was dirty, and no towels.
