Stayed end of April for 4 nights. Definitely need a car to get to the beach. Public transportation is near by but if you miss a bus you will be stack for at least 30-40 min. Grocery store 10 min walk. Room was ok. Had minor issues but host fixed it immediately. Pool area was a nice touch. Mux occupancy 8 ppl. On the downside there was only one umbrella. Overall would recommend if you are on the budget and not picky. P.S. We didn't receive check in information as advertised 24 hrs prior, which postponed our check in until after 4 pm. We had to call to the agent for information.

Perfect & convenient accommodations for my week stay. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable. My grandkids loved the pool. Good shower, nice towels, bed was comfortable, pillows were thin but tolerable. No hair dryer on site. Check in was easy. Area was safe and close to shopping and lots of great dining options. Great value for the cost.
