You need to call ahead for the airport shuttle. Just because you see shuttles running around the airport for other hotels doesn't mean this one will come.

We had no hot water on the morning we were leaving. We had a 7;00 AM flight so we left the hotel at 5:00 AM . Breakfast did not open till 7;00AM . The staff member did not even offer us something since we were missing the complimentary breakfast. have stayed at numerous hotels before and they always offered. Not very customer service orientated!! very disappointed seeing that I am a Hilton Honor member.

No hot water. TV didn’t work. Customer service was awful. Moved from one room to another that was worse. A/C unit rattled so bad it was hard to sleep. We went from a room with a view to a room overlooking the back parking lot. They offered us free breakfast which was terrible.

The room was good and the pool area was nice. However, the bubbles weren't working in the hot tub. I was told that they needed to order a part. The bar area was definitely basic. They were not charging for parking on my visit.
