Much better on our last stay!
I can understand that a hotel is under renovation - But certain things should NEVER be compromised and that's customer service - Checking into our room was fine (front desk wouldn't accept MY ID -same last name - because room was under my husbands name and he was standing NEXT to me- Had my ID out and everything - with people WAITING behind us - she insisted on HIS ID??- Hello 1957)
Went up to our room - Room was wide open??? WHY you might ask - Because it was NOT Clean (did I mention it was OVER 90 degrees outside) Housekeeper was WONDERFUL and offered for us to wait in the room next door and we waiting for approx 25 minutes - the hotel was obviously NOT sold out - We checked in approx 4:00pm so Front Desk definitely should have known which rooms were clean!!! More work for the housekeeper!!!!
Front Desk needs some work
Since it was raining off and on there are the "Wet Floor signs" everywhere - but I did notice on the 3rd floor Patio area some of the tiles were very Loose.
is there a better way of monitoring the "Breakfast" area instead of asking MORE THAN ONCE - what room I'm in - I went in for coffee - gave her my room # - Husband went in next - ask for the room # - then asked me AGAIN (less than a minute later) what room # I'm in -
I LOVE the location - but some things need much to be desired
Why doesn't the "GUIDE" on the TV Work correctly?? Couldn't get Channel 10 (Local ABC Schedule) on our TV??
