The mandatory valet parking for $55 is a total money grab Most people could easily park in the ramp and do the 2 minute walk to the lot and pay a reasonable overnight rate Plus if u need ur car u have to tip as well Everything else was nice but the valet parking scam was bad

The assistant manager had 5 guest wait 5 hours before we were given a room. Beautiful hotel with a water taxi at location. I have a copy of the manifest of rooms needs to clean. You never know who knows who. My room was available and not in use. The company send me a standard message about language barrier but I speak 4 languages. Stop trying to blame the housekeepers when it was a management issue.

Nice view from balcony, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Chair seams were coming apart, couch was awful, curtains hanging on floor and very shredded. Staff very responsive when asked for more coffee, creamer and towels
