Room condition was above average. The furniture was a little worn there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom wasn't 100% clean of hair. The staff was nice the restaurant was food was very good and the lobby with spacious with the patio on the intercoastal.

Check in was easy and they had a room available to accommodate for early check in. The room was very nice and was an exceptional value in my opinion. We had a view of downtown Ft Lauderdale and the ocean from our balcony. It’s a five minute walk to the ocean. The restaurant was open on Thanksgiving and the staff was very friendly. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze as well.

Good location on the waterway. Few blocks from beach. Big two room suite. Spacious lobby with TVs n games and a couple bars and restaurants…don’t come for that, but it’s handy to grab something after a day sightseeing.
