The new renovations were amazing ! The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The staff were all extremely friendly . The hotel Gm checked in on everyone . The breakfast was delish and lunch salads hit the spot . One morning they took a little bit for our food which wasn’t an issue for us and comp the bill entirely . The pool was amazing absolutely stunning . The ocean was so warm and schools of fish swam around us . We will be back! One of the best hotels

The information is not clear. I had paid for an ocean view room and I received a partial ocean view. When I asked the front desk, Michael told me they don’t have direct ocean view rooms. As you go outside noticed rooms with an ocean view. Called again and Michael told me they don’t have direct ocean view instead they have ocean front. What the hell? No assistance from the staff only ready to charge. Hotel is under construction, only one restaurant open. gym options is a mile away. For the price I was very disappointed

In my opinion,this property is safe Family Friendly, beautiful; many amenities, activities ( Jet ski, Yoga and its right on the beach) the Front Desk staff (Arad), just were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and just nice. The property just had a remodel and it was besutiful. Did not like a $100 parking charge for one night. I was told upon checkout our vehicle a dodge ram pick up truck took 2 spaces. Really? We used the same truck last year and it was fine. Also the food is a bit overpriced. Probably will not go back.
