This is a great property to stay at if you are in the Ft. Lauderdale area. We enjoyed the area that felt less touristy and more laid back. The room felt more like an apartment and less like a cramped hotel room. It is a great place if you need a homebase as you venture out in the area. Biggest perk was the communication with the property management, they were a text or call away and would jump over the building for you if there was any way they could help. We had a small issue, and they treated it like it was the biggest priority of their day.

Wanted to find a place within walking distance to the Broward County Convention Center that also had a kitchen and landed on the Cordova Arms listing--and I'm so glad I did! It's a convenient walk, the apartment was extremely clean and cool, and the hosts went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Traveling solo as a woman can sometimes be stressful, but the place was very safe and the other residents I encountered were incredibly friendly--even helping me figure out how to use the laundry facilities! I was able to walk to Whole Foods to get groceries, got Ubers quickly and most importantly--slept great! I didn't use the pool, so I can't speak to that amenity but all the others were excellent and as advertised. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

I had a great experience during my stay at this extended stay property. The overall condition of the property was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. The representative who assisted us truly stood out. They were very thorough, patient, and took the time to make sure all of our needs were met.
