The staff were really nice and welcoming. The room air conditioning was poor. It made a lot of noise and didn’t cool the room efficiently, we very were disappointed about that.

Room didn't get very cool;; bathroom was difficult to get in (you had to go in, stand next to the toilet and then close the door). Anyone with a mobility issue would have a very difficult time with that. Water pressure in sink was low although shower was okay. Refrigerator cabinet was off kilter so it would scrape the floor wen opening. Refrigerator itself needed to be pushed into place everytime to be able to open the door. Cabinet opened opposite to fride...odd...

The room is spacious but has few minor quirks. The bathroom design is awful. They should fire the architect/contractor. Tough to close the bathroom door. There is wasted space by the sink. The smoke alarm has blinking light which wakes you up and the main door has gaps that has light coming in from hallway.
