Can't give 5 stars. Despite the "strict" noise rules there were parties upstairs and also these apartments next door have savages that shoot fireworks off the balcony at 3am and nobody does anything about it. Constant traffic on the main street ripping through with loud exhaust terrorizing the neighborhood. Typical city life if you are into that, but no noise protection inside. We were also unlucky to hit 45F overnight a couple nights, so it's been frosty without any heat inside and no window insulation. Outside pool area is nice, overall unit condition is ok. I've seen worse, but it's livable. Would I do it again? No. It didn't completely ruin the rest of the trip experience, but for the same money, I will probably pick something a bit different away from this area next time. I also don't really understand the strict 4pm check in rule when the unit is ready before then. We had to wait an hour outside because we were not allowed in the unit until 4pm.
