The lobby looked and felt very Welcoming. The front desk staff was amazing. The room was “tidied” but not cleaned. The bed wasn’t spread, the comforter was just pulled on-top. The floor was not swept. Apart from the room cleaniness it was a good looking property.

The hotel was literally in the middle of the fashion district of the Sawgrass mall so relativity to shops were as simple as going into the hotel lobby.
