This charming 90 m² house, set over two floors, is ideal for a peaceful holiday in a quiet village. With three bedrooms, it offers all the comfort families or groups of friends need.



On the ground floor, you will find a small garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days, as well as a garage for parking or storing equipment. The entrance hall, with a cupboard, leads to a WC with a washbasin and a bright living area comprising a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen designed for spending time together.



Upstairs, the house has three comfortable bedrooms. Two each have a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, while the third has a 140 cm bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin and a shower room with a shower, washbasin and WC complete this floor.



With its own heating system, this house is warm and welcoming in every season, offering a relaxing stay in peaceful surroundings.

Le gîte est idéalement placé. Il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé !Le gérant immobilier est bienveillant et disponible !Seul bémol le ménage! Mais nous sommes surs que nos remarques seront entendues!!

Court séjour dans les Pyrénées orientales

Nous avons passé 4 jours formidables. Le cadre est vraiment beau. La location est conforme à la description et est très agréable, spacieuse et lumineuse. Le hameau est très calme et les gens tres accueillants. Le seul bémol serait la literie à revoir et le ménage à l’arrivée. C était plus propre quand nous sommes partis
