Unobstructed views of the ocean and the Folly Pier await from a very large back deck that is ready for some outdoor grilling or just simply relaxing in the beautiful peace and quiet! The open floor plan provides great ocean views from the main living area and master suite. The master suite has an ensuite master bath (with Jacuzzi and separate shower) and a walk-in closet. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Tiger hardwood flooring throughout, Quartz kitchen countertops with ceramic tile backsplash in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances including Bosch dishwasher and Samsung Double-oven range. Just a short stroll to Center St for shops and restaurants and close enough to the Pier to enjoy the outdoor live music from the privacy of your back porch. An easy walk up one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride will give you a perfect view of the activity and beauty of the beach! Take a bike ride on the beach with the bikes provided or just sit and enjoy the waves in the beach chairs. Two private parking spaces are included. You will not want to leave this beautifully comfortable condo or the wonderful surroundings of Folly Beach!

Our family of 5 had the most amazing stay at this property. There was plenty of room to have moments to ourselves as well as family time. The balcony, view and proximity to the beach can't be beat. We loved absolutely every minute of our stay!!!!

We can’t say enough about this excellent stay! The condo was directly oceanfront, and we were able to walk to lunch on the pier. Our dinner on the condo’s porch was my favorite part of our stay. Perfectly clean, excellent location, even better than the pictures, and our teenagers really appreciated the bowls of snacks left for us! Truly cannot wait to book again. Would 100% recommend!

This place was extremely clean, great location and everything we were looking for. As soon as we walked in the door, we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here on our next visit. Listening to the waves early morning and at night from our bedroom was one of the best things. Drinking coffee in the morning looking at the beautiful beach made this place such a gem.

Really great condo and the pictures online don’t do it justice! Right on the beach with a beautiful balcony. Well stocked and had everything you can think of. Would definitely stay here again and the owner was great!

Property was more than expected. Clean, great view of the beach, we had an initial issue with the AC in the unit contacted Carla the owner and a service tech was there very quickly. Nothing but a positive experience wish we could have spent more time there.
