**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

Marsh Madness was our favorite beach rental in the Charleston area after 5 separate visits. The property is spacious, clean, and has amazing marsh views. Beach access is just down the street. We also rented a golf cart from Folly Beach Rentals, which made our vacation even more fun. Folly beach is our paradise. We hope to stay at this property again next year.

We had a great time staying at Marsh Madness. Plenty of room for six adults and our 16 month old grandson. Place was clean, close to the beach, and everything you need for your stay.

New Year on the Marsh

Lovely home wish it had a gas grill outdoors and a fire pit. Very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked only thing missing was better use of area under the house for relaxing.

Great Beach house

We loved the views of the marsh from the kitchen, dining room and deck. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning. The sunsets are beautiful. The house feels very roomy, all the bedrooms are a nice size and it is in very good condition. The extra bathroom upstairs came in handy too. This is my favorite location at Folly.

Great house

The house was perfect for our large family. It’s more spacious in person which was nice for our large group. I would recommend a golf cart if you have young children going to and from The beach as the access is a little bit of a walk but fine for adults. Kitchen was fully equipped and the marsh views and sunsets are amazing!

Great week at the beach!

Marsh Madness - the photos don’t do it justice! Our party was 8 adults and we had plenty of room to eat together, play games together and simply hang out. Easy beach access is .1 mile away. We loved watching the marsh wildlife and how it changed with the tides. We will definitely come back!

Group of friends for 50 years enjoyed a long weekend at Marsh Madness. House was well laid out with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views of sunset across the marsh. We didn’t cook so can’t speak to pots and pans but we did hire a private chef one night and there was plenty of room. Loved the location and the house.

Sunrise , sunset and every moment in-between...what a stunning view! The spacious rooms in this home have an abundance of windows which provide breathtaking views and plenty of sunshine. The kitchen, dining area and great room are large and provide a perfect place for family and friends to gather. I highly recommend this nicely furnished, freshly updated property on Folly Beach. You won't be disappointed!

Family Fun at Folly

Marsh Madness was a delightful spot for our large family to enjoy walks on the beach, breakfast with the birds (Bald Eagle right by the window and egrets, herons and others), games and puzzles, and baking cookies on our pre-Christmas vacation. The house was well-equipped for all our needs and comfortably and beautifully furnished. It was a good launching place for sight-seeing, museum hopping in Charleston, and the Festival of Lights. The owners were very responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend 1620 Ashley to others.

Lovely House, Great View, A Few Quirks

Loved the house! It was great for our group of nine people visiting for a wedding in Charleston. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach, which made relaxing easy and fun! Great front and back porch, plenty of living space for gathering for meals and entertainment. While the house was great, there were a few quirks. Would have loved for there to have been some beach towels and chairs for us to use as we were traveling and did not pack our own. Secondly, there were only three rolls of toilet paper in the house. With nine guests, we ran out quickly and had to purchase some. Not any major issues, but just a few quirks! Overall, great visit! They let us get late check out, which was perfect for our late flights out of town.

Location fabulous but...

We loved the view of the marsh from the kitchen table. We spent most of our time there. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable with an abundance of space. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the kitchen dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Since there wasn't anything available to clean them, SOS pads etc., so I am not surprised but disappointed. There were food solids on multiple pans and pots. And both electric and manual can openers were black with solids I went out the second day and bought two pans so I could at least cook some of what I brought with us. We made an assumption that 4 BR/4Bath would give each of us a full bathroom. We were mistaken and had to share a bathroom. Not prefered. General suggestions: -List of what can be recycled -Info on how to use the TV with multiple remotes Thank you for sharing your home with us.
