This tucked-away cottage is a gem that you are sure to fall in love with the moment you step inside. It’s the perfect home for front porch chilling and back deck grilling! You'll adore the luxurious touches like an outdoor cooler, private outdoor shower, and outdoor games on hand to enjoy. The new outdoor bar area features a refrigerator and ice maker, and it's easier than ever to relax under the stars in a seat next to the firepit.



This home is just a short walk across the street from beach access. Downtown Center Street is less than a mile away, so you can easily walk or bike to enjoy dining, shopping, and activities. Bert’s Market, less than a mile down Ashley Avenue, is your one-stop-shop for groceries, souvenirs, and more. Hop in the car and visit downtown Charleston, just under 12 miles away, to spend the day sightseeing, taking a history tour, shopping, or enjoying some fine southern cuisine.

The house was great. The porches are perfect places to hang out. The beds were super comfortable. The tv on the patio and fire pit were extra bonuses. The only complaint was that a loud pump next door ran for hours every day. It was quite loud. Other than that it was perfect.
