The full kitchen (no dishwasher) makes meal prep easy, or you can just whip up some snacks for the beach (full-size fridge & stove). After a fun day out, cool off with the mini-split HVAC units that allow individual control while you relax on the sofa. Relax in the cozy den, complete with a comfortable daybed for lounging or extra sleeping space. Stream your favorite shows or use the in-home WiFi to upload the day's pics to social media. Call it a night early - you don't want to miss the sunrise on the beach.



There is a fenced rear yard with a picnic table and chairs available for guests - ideal for corn hole, frisbee, or kids' play. There is also an outside shower to rinse off or shower after a day on the beach.
