Boutique Vera Hotel Room 301: King Room in the Heart of Folly Beach

Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the third floor.

This room is 350 sqft. with a 70 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 420 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

We invite you to come enjoy our perfect beach town for a Folly good time!

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.
There's a private balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a refrigerator and a microwave.

I don't think I could have had a better experience. All communications were seamless, resulting in my stay being seamless as well. Close enough to beach, closer to restaurants and bars. Downtown Charleston a hop, skip, and jump away. A total package. This is a good place.

the mattress was too hard = could not sleep

the place was clean and did not smell but I had to play detective to get the address and the parking instructions with no help from mgmt. the biggest issue was that the mattress was way too hard leading to a very poor nights sleep. I would suggest a softer mattress and to list the parking situation on the VRBO description as "off-site parking"
