AC was okay. The room and overall hotel was "weathered," i.e., sorely in need of a renovation - just a very outdated hotel. On the other hand, the staff were extremely friendly to a T. Also, the breakfast, coffee, were quite good. In other words, personnel did an excellent job, while the physical presence of the hotel left much, very much, to be desired...

All staff were exceptional except your gm...doug. He can definitely use customer service training of any sort. If he could borrow some smiles amd kindness from his staff that would help him out. Does he always look and act miserable? Is he always this unhappy? That's not healthy nor presents good "Customer Service"... kudos to the rest of the staff!!! Great customer service goes a long way....you just never know who is present and watching...

The property was not well maintained. Multiple light switches did not work. There were water stains on the ceiling and the wardrobe smelled of mildew. There were also very few outlets in the room and the ones that were present were loose and plugs would easily fall out. I stayed for multiple nights (5) and did not see nor hear from room service until my last night.
