This stay involved multiple service failures and billing issues. - Check-in started poorly. When I approached the front desk, I was greeted with “What do you want?” - My Expedia booking explicitly included breakfast, yet at check-in I was told it was not included. When I checked my confirmation the next day, it clearly showed breakfast included. Staff later admitted this was an error and blamed Expedia’s “difficult coding.” Since we had already missed one paid-for breakfast, I requested compensation, and the hotel agreed that same night to remove the resort fee from the bill. - We stayed three nights, and the room was never cleaned. When I spoke to cleaning staff, I was told she was “very busy.” - Dinner service was also poor and we waited about 90 minutes for food. - Breakfast service on the remaining two days was slow and disorganized. Each morning we waited around 20 minutes for a table despite many being empty, then around 60 minutes for breakfast, which arrived incomplete due to missing items. - Public bathrooms were dirty and not maintained. - At checkout, I requested a printed invoice and was told the printer was broken and the bill would be emailed. The emailed invoice still included the resort fee that had been agreed to be waived, resulting in an overcharge of about $100. Only after pointing this out was the bill corrected, and a printed invoice was suddenly available. - Many other guests complained about similar issues. I would not recommend this property.

The staff was amazing, but there just aren't enough people. The room had dust bunnies in corners, behind couches and doors. We saw housekeeping once in our five days, and regularly ran out of towels, tissues and toilet paper. When we arrived at 8:00 pm, our room wasn't ready yet. In fairness, this was the busy week between Christmas and New Years, so maybe it's cleaner and more organized when it's slower. I read a review (after the fact) that said this is really a two star hotel pretending to be a four star hotel, and nothing is further from the truth. There are four or five amazing staff who seem to run the whole place, but they can't keep up with it all. As a result, you run out of beach and room towels, trash is overflowing, etc. For the price we paid, I would have expected more.

Room not ready after check-in time and no guarantee on when it would be ready. Have to queue for breakfast (15 mins) and then wait for another 45 minutes to get served the order. Coffee beans not available at coffee shop at 9am, so only brewed coffee available. Noise travels easily across rooms and corridor. Terrible value for money
