The stay was great. The roll in shower was nice except for the bathroom floor flooding every time it was used. As a high fall risk it is very dangerous for me and anyone else that walks in the bathroom. There needs to be a solution to this issue before someone falls.

Guest service was just ok at best! We arrived early for check in and they told us no rooms were available told us to stock around and they’d call/test us and that never happened! Asked for a room on the first floor if available as my husband has a bad knee… they told me they didn’t have any. When we arrived at our room very far and uncomfortable the sink in the bathroom had fallen off the cabinet! Once I called they changed our room like 20 minutes later to a room in the first floor. Now they have a room in the first floor?!? The restaurant on premises had a very limited menu. Just expected so much more

Frustratingly few outlets for a family room, and definitely not enough places to hang wet towels/bathing suits. A bit of an unfresh smell from the air conditioner, but otherwise room was clean and spacious, staff pleasant and pool wonderful. I will never understand the two double beds thing, if there is a family of two adults and two kids, why don’t hotels have rooms with one double bed and two single beds? At least the sofa bed helped with this.
