It’s a beautiful property and staff is nice BUT (I hate buts). Due to renovations only one restaurant was available for breakfast and dinner and it was INCREDIBLY slow, 1 hour for breakfast that’s considering we were seated right away. And twice out of our 4 night stay the room had not been cleaned by 5 pm. It is luxurious and great amenities, the beaches are gorgeous, no complains with pools or activities but due to our issues I can’t give them 5 stars.

Have never stayed in a resort. We decided it wasnt what we wanted. Prices higher than we thought they would be. Restaurant selecrion not good and either was the menu options.

Baker's Cay was a lovely resort hotel with a good beach, free watersports equipment including SUPs and kayaks, and a good range of dining options. The communal areas were clean and well maintained. The room was good and the sofa bed for the children was of great quality. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic time staying here. Fishing and kayaking everyday and not too far from the Miami airport. The grounds are stunning! Will definitely go again!
