This property is owned by the Hotel down the street. We were able to walk there and use the pool area and bar. This property is walking distance to the historic cathedral and the bell tower. You are close to a variety of restaurants and stores.

Great place to stay in Florence & sharing the amenities Hotel Villa Royal just a few minutes away was perfect. Small suite with comfortable bedding & clean environment. The hotel villa royal had a pool with beautiful grounds was a refreshing way to relax after hot days exploring Florence. Buffett breakfast was available for a small fee had great variety of options. Highly recommend !

Clean, beautiful room. Great amenities and location. We would definitely stay here again. The only complaint i have is that it can be noisy due to poor sound control between the rooms. Check in and check out was smooth and effortless. Overall, a great stay.

The reception is located a good 5 minute walk from the rooms which are in a separate apartment building. That really sucked, and made it a bit of a hassle to use the pool. Otherwise good location. The bed was nice, but two separate mattresses meant they slid apart a bit if one of us was in the middle part of the bed. Other than this the room was great - very spacious, great bathroom, and aircondition was really powerful and adjustable.

The confusion of a hotel and a villa being not the same property and the pool being 3 blocks away was very frustrating and the check in at a different location. For the price we paid I would have much rather stayed at another hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful enough and the property was clean but the annoyance and the way the advertise is bordering on false advertising.

Great room. Very spacious and clean. Good location and mostly quiet. And a cleaner comes everyday despite it being a B&B. The only complaint I had was that the shower had very low water pressure. After notifying the hotel staff, they did nothing about the pressure issue. So shower quality was not great.

Great stay

We stayed only for one night before flying out of florence. The bed was the largest of any we slept in while traveling in Italy. Good central location. Would stay again while in Florence.
