Staff were very nice and could not do enough for us. We could leave our luggage at main hoteol and use the pool while we were waiting on our room being ready. Taking us across to the room was also and added bonus. The room and building it was situated in was small but lovely. Bed very comfortable. The downside was that it was facing a park where alot of drunk people sleeping rough were around at night, that was unsetteling.

Clean and beautiful room. Check in is a few blocks away which is difficult with suitcases but otherwise fine. They did not mention breakfast or a pool so as far as we know there was none of either which was disappointing. The location of this place was the best part, a short walk from the centre but also a little bit away from the business and crowds. The room is exactly as described and had everything we needed. The only downside was that we were not aware you had to pay an extra fee for the pool anytime you want to use it and it was one of the main reasons we chose this place. Other than that the place was easy to access and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was very spacious and clean. Would comfortably accommodate several people or family. Breakfast was served in a beautiful garden room in the hotel a couple of blocks away. Downside was the rooms were actually below ground level with poor natural lighting. Felt a bit dungeony The shower did not function properly. Water was either hot or cold and could not be regulated resulting dodgy bathing and hair washes in the sink.

We stayed on this B&B for two nights. The location is very convenient. All historic sites are within reach. The bathroom and shower were sparkling clean and fully renovated. Bed was comfortable and very clean too. The rooms are spacious facing the park in Independence Square in Florence. For breakfast you have to walk to the Hotel Royal and pay 15 Euro per person. The dining room in the main building of Hotel Villa Royal is charming. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
