The staff was extremely polite and helpfull. That being said the property was in disrepair. The bathroom was not very clean, even though housekeeping was very good. The room looked like it was being updated and then they stoped. Once again the staff was outstanding but the upkeep could use a little help!

The hotel is horrible. There are a lot of people doing drugs in the back area and a lot of homeless people. People were knocking on our door in the middle of the night. I don't recommend it.

I usually stay at budget hotels like this one but this is one of the very best I've found. A special note: the man on the front desk, Dave, was outstanding and hospitable, he will bring a lot of repeat customers.
