Great location and support during our stay
Our host, Frederica, was very helpful during check in and during our stay. She responded quickly to our requests for help. The apartment is within walking distance to all the major sites and had plenty of room for my wife and I. The car park was a bit of a hike but not that expensive. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florence.

Great location!
Loved this apartment, very clean and very comfortable. Our only complaint would be that it is on a very busy street and the windows are extremely thin! Come prepared with ear plugs or white noise to sleep with!!!

Bellissimo appartamento che unisce l'antico della struttura al moderno dei mobili e dei servizi. Non manca nulla, una cucina ben equipaggiata, con la lavastoviglie. Un divano letto molto comodo, oltre ad una camera da letto spaziosa.
Posizione ottima, inpieno centro ma in una via non particolarmente rumorosa. La basilica di San Lorenzo è a 300 metri e da lì tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche sono a poca distanza. Molto vicina anche la stazione di Santa Maria Novella.
La via è a traffico limitato ma è possibile scaricare i bagagli molto vicini all'appartamento. Poi il Firenze Parking è a poche centinaia di metri.
L'accoglienza è ottima, non solo per la simpatia e per le spiegazioni della casa, ma anche per la discrezione e per i suggerimenti.

È ben attrezzato con tutte le cose necessarie per la durata del soggiorno, comodo, vicino c’è la stazione del tram e un supermercato. Le proprietarie molto disponibili. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno a Firenze.

Appartement très cosy
L’appartement bien que situé un peu à l’ecart du centre est un peu bruyant la nuit, il y a pas mal de passage de piétons. Mais l’appartement est super bien équipé en vaisselle et équipement de cuisine, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et c’est agréable lorsqu’on reste 2-3 jours de trouver sur place de l’huile d’olive, du sel, du café, thé, sucre, poivre... nous avons juste eu un petit problème avec le lave vaisselle qui doit être réparé mais Martina est venu en 20min et a été d’une grande aide, car nous avions un peu froid et n’arrivions pas à mettre le chauffage en route. Bref un séjour parfait, je recommande chaudement. L’appartement se trouve à 10min du Duomo et vous aurez un carrefour express à 10 mètres, ce qui est très très très pratique!
