We had a fantastic time at the Solo Experience. With the complementary prosecco in the fridge to the wonderful breakfast in the morning it was a fantastic stay. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go and there was fantastic stores near by. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. On our last night we were so tired and they suggested a pizza place that does takeout. I would definitely stay here again!!

We really liked the location and custom service this hotel offered us. The rooms were modern and amenities were modern and nice. However, the first room they put us in had a bad smell emitting from the bathroom. Credit to them for switching us without issue, but we did have to switch rooms. The bed was very stiff and the pillows were horrible. Limping trash pillows. We did receive additional pillows but they were also bad. Also, no sound proofing. We heard every footstep, word and hotel door outside our room every night.

Great place and greater location

This hotel is near the train AND near restaurants and attractions. The staff and service was excellent, the room was clean and the breakfast was amazing !! the best one we had for the entire trip through Italy

We stayed at the Solo Experience Hotel during our recent stay at Florence. The hotel is located right in the City Centre - a few minutes away to Central Florence and the train station. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel, lots of options to eat and shopping can be found. The staff is very friendly, cooperative and hospitable. They made an error with our bill but they were quick enough to fix it n apologized several times for it. The staff even went an extra mile to help us in sending back an item that we forgot at the hotel even though we were unable to get it in time due to our short stay in Rome. Hopefully they can keep it safe till our next trip the following year.

Solo experience hotel

Location is perfect so close to all the sites, market, train station and wonderful places to eat. Staff are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Love that it looks traditional from the outside but super modern and comfortable inside. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Florence

The hotel is perfectly located for us on a family trip to Florence. The room was spacious and very clean with an excellent bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities available were wonderful. Would love to return to this hotel when we come back to explore Florence more.

El hotel me pareció muy bueno, todo estaba limpio aunque cuando hacían la habitación no recogían las botellas de agua vacías ni lavaban las copas. Esta en un area super céntrica. El único inconveniente era que como teníamos carro rentado esta en un area restringida y no se puede entrar al hotel, pero lo si lo hicimos y nunca tuvimos ningún problema. El hotel se encarga de llevar y traer el carro a un parqueo ($35 diarios) y horario limitado de 7:00 a 8:00 pero puedes solicitarlo desde el día antes para que cuando bajes tu auto este parqueado frente al hotel. Es una opción fantástica para caminar Florencia de dic y de noche. Muchísimos restaurantes alrededor y mercados. El desayuno que lo teníamos incluido espectacular buffet y el staff muy amable. Recomendadisimo.

This hotel lacks basic facilties which is expected in a 4 star hotel. Example - they give a bottle of tap water on the first day in the room. After that if you need water, you have to take the water bottle to the reception and asl them to fill it whixh is like staying on a 2 star lodge.doesnt have even electric kettle. There was no facility even for cold drinking watee when it was peak summers with 38 degrees. Basically this is like a lodge. Shouldn't be 4 star hotel

We stayed in late May 2025. This was a beautifully renovated hotel in the heart of Florence, a short walk to the famous sites, fabulous restaurants, and excellent shops. The staff were absolutely fantastic and were incredibly kind and helpful - suggesting a lovely restaurant for dinner, providing directions, and making sure that we were well cared for during our short stay. The room was beautiful, too, with a beautiful view of the city, comfortable beds, excellent temperature control (air conditioner worked well), spacious bathroom with a lovely shower and toiletries (in case we forgot anything). I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
