Our room was immaculate, and the location was perfect. Despite being right on the Arno, the room was quiet, and very comfortable. The check in process was easy, and the apartment was spacious and well appointed.

Plenty of room and very clean. Great location- but still quiet and plenty of restaurants within walking distances and little stores. Our apartment room was the best (#5) because it had a balcony we enjoyed! Also, very handy, was the washer/dryer in basement and well organized for ease of use.

This was a fabulous find for our family of 5. The luggage drop worked out very well. We arrived a bit early but we're able to venture out for the day with our luggage safely waiting at the hotel. Our apartment was lovely! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. On-site laundry was an added bonus as was the kitchen. We were able to relax, and eat breakfast while regrouping for the second part of our vacation. Great place! I would recommend staying here!

This location is perfect if you want to be "just" out of the way of the Florence crowd, but close enough to join in whenever you want. The walk to the bridge to get into the central area is like 7min. You're also within walking distance to the Offizi Gallery. There are good restaurants on the street directly behind this hotel, too, and the Piazzale Michelangelo is very close. My stay was exceptional.

The location is perfect. There’s a bus stop just outside the door. There are a lot of great restaurants behind the building. The place is very charming with a nice view of the river. Bonus is having access to laundry and free drinking water. I highly recommend this place.

This property is amazing. We will stay here again next time we are in Florence. Everything was so well thought through - impeccable! Room, bedding, decor, bathroom and kitchen had everything you need for your stay! There is filtered water for guests to use! The hotel is in close proximity to the city center. You can walk everywhere. One thing you need to plan ahead is parking. Read about parking on the weekends and learn about the restricted zones. Figure that out ahead of time and your stay at this place will be worry free and enjoyable!
