Clean and spacious room. Very basic breakfast delivered to rooms on a morning (coffee, croissants). Building is echos so can hear clearly when other people arrive. We tried to have an early night after an early flight and we couldn’t sleep until staff stopped talking in fence corridor and there was a screaming child for a few hours that was very clear from our room. I know they can’t be helped but just something to be aware of. Location was very good.

Would not recommend. Building is very decrepit and poorly maintained, even by Florence standards. My room didn’t have towels, had to use my clothes to dry myself off after traveling all day. Check in process unnecessarily convoluted. Sink was clogged. I’d look elsewhere.

Fabulous stay and great value for money! The staff were helpful and the property is centrally located ! Only a 7 min walk to the station and 15 mins to the Duomo. Room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again .

The hotel is perfect for access to rail station. The neighborhood is dirty, no amenities at the hotel, mosquitos in the room, no daily service and no second roll of toilet paper available. The access to restaurants was good and the management responded fairly quickly to requests. Definitely a two star hotel.
