There is no Spa. There is no staff. The room is mediocre at best.
Buffet breakfast as advertised is false. They send you to a bar down the street. You may have two plain or filled croissants. Butter and jam is extra and a small drink. Croissants are not fresh and they are not welcoming.

The location couldn’t be better, right across from the Medici Palace and within walking distance of all the main galleries and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the painting on the wall added a really unique touch. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend if you want to be right in the heart of Florence.

This wasn't as we had expected. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain properly and when we complained, it made no difference. On our last night we had people come into our room three times!! Once at 9 pm., second at 11 pm.and third at 2 am. My husband and I were shocked. We reached out to the manager over whats app, and he said it was a cleaning lady! We witnessed a couple !! Anyways bad experience. I dont recommend. Sorry!!

Owner Luca is a gentleman, very helpful and checking regularly how everything is. We arrived late (+30€) and expected a staffed reception but there was a nice young man to let us in and that was it - practical enough. Great location (avoid the restaurants downstairs) with a view on the palace, great breakfast service at the nearby bar. Beds are fine, linnen service impeccable, wifi ok, just the toilet needed maintenance. Some cups and water was all we missed but that was solved with the nearby minimarket, who did give us some coins that were not Euros. Hot tip: go up to Trattoria Boboli for excellent dinner without pretence.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Pitti Suite 13! De accommodatie was authentiek en charmant, met een prachtige omgeving en een heerlijke sfeer. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de service was top. De kamer was heel proper en kregen elke dag nieuwe handdoeken en lakens werden ook ververst. We hebben ons echt thuis gevoeld en kunnen het iedereen aanraden!" Wil je nog iets toevoegen of aanpassen
