Room was not clean, number of things broken in the room, lamp bases were rusted. Breakfast was not good, fruit bowl had two apples that looked like they had been there for a week. Didn't rate terrible because the shower was hot and bed was comfortable, but outside of that, probably 2nd worst hotel i have stayed in.

Room was extremely dirty, appeared to be black mold on ceiling of bathroom, very must smelling, dirty carpets, dirty tub, and door lock didn’t work. Outdoor pool was green, huge stains on hallway carpet.

The room and bathroom were dirty. The furniture was banged up and scratched. The walls were dirty. The ceiling was stained. The baseboards were caked with dirt and dust. I asked for another room. It wasn’t much better and the basin in that bathroom was cracked.

The bathroom was dirty. The first floor hall smell of marijuana. The pool area was not well kept the chairs were covered with bird crap. Nothing good to say about it.

Worth the money.

Staff was super friendly and property was clean. Sofa was stained and worn but overall room was nice. The bed and bedding was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was typical of most hotels but fresh and delicious. Will he staying again in the future.

Refused refund due to family emergency

I was scheduked to stay fir my son tournament at Pickwick, unfortunately my daughter had to go into the hospital here in Fl so we could not make it. Hotels.com would have refunded my night, but Quality Inn would not authorize it. I chose to jeeo the reservation since it was already paid for instead of cancelling so Quality Inn could rent it out again and make 2x the money or more as it was in demand due to 400 college kids in the tournament, plus thier families. I spend thousands a year in travel. I will never use Quality Inn again.
