Great hotel and will be better soon

Great hotel for a quick stay. Some areas are dated but they are remodeling some rooms so I know they are addressing some of these issues. Breakfast area was super clean.

Relaxing getaway

I was impressed with the twin staircases and antiques throughout the main lobby and upstairs gathering area. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. The room was spacious, bed clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, not too many options but did have hot and cold options. Mexican restaurant next door, other restaurants and shopping within 3 miles. Very nice hotel, I would definitely stay here again when in the area! Can’t beat the prices for this nice of a stay! Oh, and pets are welcome, I didn’t have my pup this time but nice to know she can come too!!

Grand entrance inside the lobby and the double staired 2nd floor lounge area. Guest rooms are also spacious with full door closet. Breakfast options are very limited.

We had no ice bucket for our room. When I asked for one at the front desk, I was told every room has one and they don't have extras. The TV in our room didn't work, we tried new batteries for the remote, that didn't work. There was only one trash can in our room. No trash can in the bathroom. The bathroom was not very clean. We bought a soda which we paid for at the front desk. They wouldn't give us a receipt. The people at the front desk do not seem like they want be here. It is like they have given up on the place, which is a shame because it is a very pretty hotel.

Third Time Not The Charm

No one at front desk when we arrived. Had to wait 10+ minutes for someone to show. No real coffee in room, just decaf. Only mirror outside bathroom hung in corner blocked by desk and virtually unusable. Third stay, first disappointments.
