Great location

This apartment was awesome! Close to everything we wanted to see. Extremely clean and efficient. Having a washing machine was great! Air Conditioning was nice.

Very nice apartment

This place is well located just outside the historic district. It's really walkable and nice. The street is a bit noisy, but the backyard is nice and mostly quiet. I had some issue with th eAC, but I think that I just didn't understood the instructions well.

The property was decent value, a little bit off town centre, but lots of great dining options. Being on the first floor traffic noise was quite pronounced, and the balcony is quite small. Close to the city tram system, which is easy to use.

Good location but challenging communication

The property is spacious and located within walking distance to the Historical part of the city. It is in good condition with all appliances. Communication was challenging: the host company has multiple phone numbers, which are used for various purposes (check in, customer service, etc.), and not everyone responded timely. The keys to the unit are provided in person (someone met us in the building). The unit has an induction cooktop but pots are not compatible. The converter provided by the host did not work well. There is Nescafe coffee maker but pods provided were too large to fit in this mashine.

The apartment was (mostly) clean, and well furnished, and made for a comfortable stay. However, it is on a busy road: didn't bother me, but it might bother some. (Note for the landlord: there seemed to be a problem with the toilet flushing: at one point I came back to find it was still flushing hours after I had last used it. I stopped it by gently pressing flush again, but you might want to fix this to save on high water costs!)

Great location and comfortable apartment

Charming apartment building just outside the busy centre. Easily reachable by tram (Strozzi Falacci stop ~5mins walk) from the train station or centre. Check-in agent communicated with us well, but had us waiting for over half an hour on arrival (due to heavy rain and another check-in), but was friendly and helpful and did not cause a problem for us. Apartment was clean, with an excellent shower (very powerful), a nice little kitchen, and a very comfy and large bed. Remote activated black-out shutters ensured an excellent sleep! Quite noisy due to the street outside the building and busy main road on the corner (lots of beeping and mopeds). But this was not a problem for us. Perhaps future bookings could be provided with some innexpensive basic essentials in the kitchen (i.e a small milk, some olive oil, some bread etc), as it is self-catered? Would be a nice extra touch to an amazing stay. We needed to buy things late at night for a home-cooked meal but had to leave some of it for the next guests as we couldn't use it all during our short stay. Just a positive suggestion! Overall we loved our little Florentine apartment and would recommend it to anyone visiting!
