I was there August 9-12 and the staff that was there during this time went above and beyond. Super friendly and energetic. Not the best with names but huge shoutout to the people that led the sunset tour and karaoke night on Saturday. Would highly recommend.

This is got to be the best hostel I have ever stayed at. The staff were absolutely outstanding. The location was great. It was near everything in Florence. I highly recommend them.

I was amazed at how inclusive this hostel is. The staff is super. Friendly, smart, quick. They have a kitchen available with enough free supplies that you could make fantastic family/friend meals - with numerous communal gathering areas. They also organize simple, inviting group activities. The spirit of the place is inspiring. The location couldn't be better. Straightforward, secure entry to the rooms ... exceptional cleanliness of the beds. I'm very impressed.
the entry and reception - in the back is a piano which guests can play - further back, guitars, more seating.
