A/C-heater front cover was not secured to unit frame, comes off easily. Front door not aligned properly with door frame, is difficult to close from inside and outside, deadbolt will not align with socket. Inner window shade not aligned with window frame, difficult to drop and raise.

First off, Houston, a maintenance guy, was very kind and helpful! The sheets were a little rough as opposed to soft and easy to move around in. There were no outlets on one side of the bed. We had to put our charging stuff on the counter. The internet was very bad. I ended up using my phone data. The A/C and heat worked well. I used the online check-in. The process once I got there was easy. I didn’t have to fill out anything again.
