El departamento está en una ubicación inmejorable, totalmente renovado y tal cual las fotos. Muy limpio y bien equipado. Se contactaron conmigo días previos a la llegada vía WhatsApp y pudimos hacer coordinaciones. Nos recibió una persona muy amable que nos entregó las llaves y algunas indicaciones. Sugeriría dejar la clave de wifi escrita junto a las indicaciones del departamento pues nosotros conseguirla aunq siempre nos respondieron. Tuvimos problemas con la calefacción de una de las habitaciones, nunca logramos que funcionara adecuadamente por lo que hacía frio allí.

Un bel appartement mais un service deplorable

L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé à quelques pas du marché principal de Florence et quelques minutes de la cathédrale. C’est parfait pour visiter le centre ville. L’appartement est propre et spacieux. Seule ombre au tableau : le service ! L’appartement n’était pas prêt à l’heure prévue (14h) et sans le lit parapluie qui nous a été facturé en supplément (50€). De plus, lors de notre départ nous avons demandé solliciter la conciergerie pour laisser nos bagages 1h de plus que le checkout (10h) et avons eu un refus d’une manière inacceptable (voir photo ci dessous)

Tudo no apto novo e perfeito!!! Ótima acomodação!!! Só a entrada do prédio bem suja e a chave da porta de acesso não funciona direito, na noite de ontem por sorte alguém abriu pra nós pq a chave não funcionou! O apto totalmente renovado!!! Espetacular
