Definitely not worth the stress and spoiling your vacation. Get a hotel. The property itself is beautiful and in a great location. The service and owner/staff responsiveness are awful. We arrived with two children during the raging summer heat and had to wait for over 30 minutes to be let into the apartment. During that time we have been harassed twice by the policed and asked to move. The lady hat finally arrived, simply let us in and disappear. We had to figure out by ourselves the outside entrance safety procedures, which are quite complicated for good reason. After literally 15 minutes we received a request that we must pay the cleaning fee and taxes immediately or otherwise we can't stay in the apartment. Within 20 minutes the lady was at the door with the owner threatening my family with police. Mind that the whole stay was prepaid one month in advance. Definitely not worth the poor treatment and lack of professionalism. Will ruin your vacation.

The Luxury Blue River is an absolutely beautiful apartment in a prime location at the Ponte Vecchio. We stayed in July, 2022 during the massive heat wave and were so thankful for the amazing air conditioning when we came back from being tourists around Florence and for a peaceful night of sleep. It is definitely an “American” style air conditioner in this beautiful apartment. The furniture in the family room is a bit “tired” and could use some updating but everything else was incredible and the beds were very comfortable and quiet.

Great location. Just be aware it is a little noisy at night since you are in the midst of tourist area. We love the unit. Newly renovated. Market is right across the street. We wish the bed is a little firmer.
