INCREDIBLE

PERFECT location, walking FROM the train station and TO all the attractions. EXCELLENT air conditioning and everything inside, completely updated. Felt guilty we only had 2 people for this LARGE 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment-- so much space!

Terrible Experience

I booked this apartment from 09/10 to 12/10. The images posted on the Hotels.com (Expedia) website are completely different from what you will find in the apartment. We found the apartment to be extremely dirty, and the quality of the bedding was very poor, despite it being advertised as providing premium linens. This is not true. The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator. The stairs are narrow, and the environment is very unpleasant! Due to having an event in the city of Florence during this period, we couldn't find any available hotels for our dates. Therefore, exchanging was not possible. A true nightmare. In conclusion, I do not recommend this property!"
