The hotel was located next to the Ponte Vecchio and within an easy walk to the most important locations in Central Florence. The front desk person, Younes, was very helpful. He made a reservation for us at an excellent restaurant within minutes after our arrival. Could not have been better.

B&B Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace saved us from a scamming hotel. They offered us last minute, same night accommodations that were beautiful and centrally located. Their staff was warm, thoughtful, helpful and we definitely felt safe there. I highly recommend them to anyone going to Florence and I’ll gladly go back when I’m there again.
