I had a wonderful experience at Pitti Palace. The space was clean and cool! I particularly enjoy the breakfast menu and atmosphere. The lounge area was very well designed and most appreciated. We were allowed to store our luggage for several hours after checkout. The staff was friendly, welcoming, well informed… I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience!
