Internet was fine, just had to reconnect each time we returned ir each day. Staff was great. Breakfast provided was delightful. We were able to leave our luggage with a few hours on the day of checkout. Only disappointment was I was expecting laundry facilities to do a load of laundry and instead only a laundry service was available.

Hotel was located close to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo & Ponte Vecchio. Irvin at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Excellent location , free parking and you can walk into centre (flat) within 15 minutes or take the tram 2 minutes walk and 2 stops into centre. Room area large and have good air conditioning. Slept well, quiet with breakfast included

Budget Hotel, the worst we have stayed in so far! Was literly right next to the main road, 1 meter from cars speeding by, in a dark area dingy area! Felt a bit unsafe, was also very dirty outside the property! Hotel and rooms pictured really look much better in pictures than in real life! Hotel said it had a laundry on the Expedia listing, but did not, and the guy at front desk could hardly be bothered to lift his eyes off his phone to tell me there was a laundry about 10 minutes + away up the road.!

Really close to the train station

Really near the train station, which made it very easy to go by walking to other cities (Venice, Rome, and Cinque Terre). Breakfast is not the best one ever (no fruits), but is good considering the cost Vs benefits.
