Location was great. Unfortunately the train station was noisier than expected and the walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbours using the bathroom. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly either which can be annoying .

The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine. Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing. Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good! The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though.

This is a great place to stay in Florence if you’re willing to walk 15 mins to the city center. The hotel is a 2 min walk from the train station which means it’s noisy, but extremely convenient! No hassle dragging luggage down bumpy roads. Just turn a sound machine for some white noise on your phone :) The complimentary breakfast and staff were also wonderful!
