The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived and had an unpleasant smell. The bedroom is spacious with very high ceilings, but it could use a table or desk. The bathroom is also a bit tight with no place to hang towels.

The check in process was awful. They don’t have an easy way to get into the room, no one to help you even when you call or message. The room was great. Needs better management, or any at all.

While most hotels look better in the picture than actual, this one is more better in actual than the photo. High ceiling room. Clean modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. Mini bar for free & a Nespresso machine. Just 2 minute walk to the tram going directly to the airport or the main attractions. Though there's elevator, it's not narrow or steep to climb to and it's well lighted.
