Great property well located within a 5-10 min walk from the Duomo, and about a 15 min walk to Ponte Vecchio. You can get anywhere you need by foot here. The property is a bit older but it’s clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was nice. It is not an American buffet by any means but it is a well appointed and welcome addition to your stay which helps start the morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! Reception staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was so clean & cozy. Although we saw guests at breakfast, we never heard anyone…very quiet. Location was just perfectly walkable to everything and very safe.

Clean room, bed was hard but comfy enough. Pillows were comfortable. Air con barely worked and was extremely noisy, luckily there is a window to open which was much better option, room stayed cool. Beds were remade daily, but dirty glasses/mugs were left which was unexpected. Shower really needs replacing, most of the water comes out the top of the shower and runs down the wall. You still got enough out the bottom for a quick shower. We stayed in room 6. For price, it was about what I expected. We stayed 3 nights and apart from 1 disrupted by some noisy guests, it was a pleasant stay.

Very happy with this hotel for our one-night stay in Florence. The helpful lady at reception kindly pre-ordered us a taxi for our early morning departure. Bed was comfortable and there were a good number of choices for breakfast, including a variety of fresh warm croissants.

The breakfast is excellent for starting the day. Housekeeping is the best, it was done quickly and well done. I liked the building, it seems to be old but it is functional. The rooms were comfortable for the entire family.
