Large comfortable room with high ceilings and updated bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable and the hotel is located near everything we wanted to see. Perhaps the only downside was the TV had a weird interface and the front entry is up one flight which was a little confusing at first arrival, but neither is an issue. We had a wonderful stay and would book again.

The hotel was clean and remarkably quiet. It’s just a few steps from the Duomo and an easy walk to museums. We stayed in a triple room which was fairly large. Staff were very helpful. Note that there is an elevator, but it does not go to the top floor on which two guest rooms are located. The air conditioning worked great!

The room did get a bit warm had to open the windows to get air in since the AC had a limit and was locked to make it cooler. Other than that the place was clean , comfortable bed and a great location. Walking distance to everything! Tbe staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Enjoyed the location of this hotel! The windows were very unique and gave it that special vibe. Downside was the bed is extremely hard (although this is typical in Europe) and it was noisy early in the mornings and late at night.
